Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity of our collection and the safety of our customers, certain items cannot be returned:
Sealed Products: Once the factory shrink-wrap, seal, or packaging of a TCG product (such as Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, or Blister Packs) has been opened, tampered with, or broken, it is no longer eligible for return. This is to guarantee that every customer receives 100% untampered, authentic products.
Mystery Packages: Due to the randomized nature of our Pocket Pull and Trainer’s Crate products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns based on the "pulls" or contents of these boxes.
Single Cards: Individual trading cards (Singles) are non-returnable to prevent card swapping or damage during return transit.
Gift Cards & Digital Products: We cannot accept returns on gift cards or downloadable content.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
