We take packaging seriously. We use sturdy cardboard boxes, high-quality bubble wrap, and "Do Not Bend" protectors for singles. We pack your items as if they were going into our own personal vault.
If you need to change your address, please email Support@proxypulls.nl within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to change the destination.
The Pocket Pull is our entry-level mystery box (2-3 packs + extras) designed to fit through your mailbox. The Trainer’s Crate is a premium experience with more packs and higher-tier products. Both are guaranteed to be authentic and fun!
No. Due to the randomized nature of these products, all sales on Mystery Packages are final. The value of the products inside is guaranteed, but the "pulls" are down to luck!

Yes, you can cancel your monthly Mystery Box subscription at any time through your Customer Account or by emailing us. You cancellation can only be done at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is still in its original, unopened factory shrink-wrap. Opened TCG products or single cards are non-returnable for security reasons. Please contact Support@Proxypulls.nl to find out if you are eligible to return a product.
