Shipping Policy
At ProxyPulls, we know that the condition of your items is everything. That’s why we use professional-grade packaging—including sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and "Do Not Bend" protectors—to ensure your pulls arrive in mint condition.
1. Global Sourcing & Shipping Origins
To bring you the most exclusive gear, we utilize a dual-shipping model:
TCG Inventory (Cards, Packs, Slabs): These ship directly from our primary warehouse in the Netherlands.
ProxyPulls Merchandise (Apparel, Plushies, Accessories): To offer a wider variety of custom designs, certain merch items are shipped from our Global Partner Vaults outside of the Netherlands.
Note: Orders containing ProxyPulls Merchandise may arrive in separate packages and will typically have a longer delivery window than our standard TCG stock and higher shipping charges.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers to ensure your gear stays "Gem Mint."
Netherlands: PostNL or DHL.
European Union (EU): DPD, DHL, or PostNL International.
UK & International: PostNL International or UPS.
Other Destinations: If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at Support@proxypulls.nl for a custom shipping quote.
3. Processing & Address Changes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Important: Please double-check your shipping address. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, we cannot change the destination address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Support@proxypulls.nl.

*Please allow an additional 7–14 business days for ProxyPulls Merchandise (Apparel/Plushies) as these items ship from our international facilities.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €150 within the Netherlands! Selected Merchandise not included.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ProxyPulls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
Lost Packages: If tracking hasn't updated in 15 business days (Domestic) or 21 business days (International), please reach out so we can open an investigation.
7. High-Value Insurance
For orders over €200, we typically upgrade your shipping to Signature Required at no extra cost to ensure your high-value items are delivered safely into your hands.
