Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At ProxyPulls, we want to make managing your collection as easy as possible. Whether you are subscribed to a monthly crate or placing a one-time order, here is how our purchase options work.

1. Subscription Cancellations (Mystery Boxes)

Our subscription service (Pocket Pull & Trainer's Crate) is designed to be flexible.

No Lock-in: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

Deadline to Cancel: To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

How to Cancel: You can manage your subscription through your Customer Account portal on our website or by emailing Support@proxypulls.nl with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation."

Refunds on Renewals: If your subscription has already renewed and the label has been printed, we cannot cancel that month's shipment. The cancellation will apply to the following month.

2. One-Time Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: If you change your mind after placing a standard order, please contact Support@proxypulls.nl immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or handed over to PostNL/DHL, we will issue a full refund.

Post-Shipment: Once an order has been marked as "Fulfilled," it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to follow our Return Policy once the item arrives (Note: Sealed TCG products cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken).

3. Pre-Order Policy

For high-demand releases (new Pokémon or One Piece sets), we often offer Pre-orders.

Payment: Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your stock.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until 7 days before the official release date.

Allocations: In the rare event of manufacturer stock cuts (allocations), we will fulfill orders in the order they were received. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.

5. How to Initiate a Cancellation
